Zach Scott

Zach Scott serves as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for TDK Companies, providing expert guidance and financial management for all divisions including development, construction, and asset management. He has held this role since the summer of 2021. In this capacity, Zach oversees the company's financial reporting, tax strategy, and overall financial performance. His leadership is crucial in driving TDK’s financial strategy and ensuring long-term growth.

A Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), Zach graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Southern Indiana with both an accounting and finance degree. Before joining TDK, he was a partner at a regional top ten CPA firm. His deep experience in financial management, auditing, and tax strategy provides him with a comprehensive perspective on the financial needs of the organization.

Zach is actively involved in the academic and professional community, serving on the University of Southern Indiana’s Accounting Board, where he helps bridge the gap between the accounting profession and the academic world. He previously served as board treasurer for the Wesselman Woods Nature Preserve, which is dedicated to protecting the Wesselman Woods and Howell Wetlands for future generations.

Originally from Evansville, Indiana, Zach works in the Evansville office of TDK Companies. He is married with a young son and daughter and remains deeply committed to his family and community.
