Miriah Rose

Miriah brings an expertise in all areas of property management operations. She is responsible for executing investment strategy, monitoring operational and financial performance, cash management, and assisting with investor relations for all TDK property assets. Miriah has successfully managed lease ups for multiple Class A multifamily communities and is a Certified Apartment Manager with the National Apartment Association. With her vast knowledge of acquisitions, dispositions, and management transitions with both owner operator and fee management companies, Miriah conceives, guides, and executes asset strategies to maximize real estate value throughout the portfolio. When not at work, Miriah enjoys being outdoors, traveling and spending time with her husband and two children.
