Lyren Holstein

Lyren Holstein is a highly experienced Accounting Supervisor at TDK Companies, having joined the team in 2005. In her current role, Lyren is responsible for overseeing the financial operations for the construction division. She ensures that all subcontractor draws are accurate, inputting the information into the company's accounting system, and sending out conditional lien waivers, processing payments upon funding. Additionally, Lyren reconciles retainage on a monthly basis, annual insurance audits, and the processing of all 1099 forms for year-end reporting.

Lyren works closely with the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to ensure the smooth operation of the Evansville office, helping to oversee daily accounting processes and supporting financial audits. She is also responsible for certifying payrolls for all HUD projects and preparing cost sheets for HUD audits, assisting auditors during on-site inspections. Her extensive experience ensures compliance with regulatory requirements and maintains the accuracy of financial records for ongoing multifamily construction projects.

In addition to her professional responsibilities, Lyren enjoys spending time with her family. She lives in Henderson with her husband, two daughters, and two German Shepherds. Lyren is actively involved in school functions and helps her husband, a school guidance counselor and a golf enthusiast, maintain updated player statistics. She is an avid cook and always has eager volunteers—her children, their friends, and her husband’s team members—ready to try her latest culinary creations.
