Kris Gingrow

Vice President of Project Management


Kris Gingrow is the Vice President of Project Management at TDK.  In his role, Kris works closely with the Project Management team on current projects within the TDK portfolio. Together with a team of Project Managers, he oversees budgets, ensures daily communication with superintendents for project planning and direction, and coordinates subcontractors to assemble the right team for successful construction outcomes.

Kris is a graduate of Middle Tennessee State University’s Construction Management program, bringing over 15 years of experience to his role. Before joining TDK in 2012, he spent three years in commercial construction. Since then, Kris has focused on multifamily housing, successfully completing 17 projects totaling over 4,000 units during his first 12 years with TDK.

The strong work ethic, emphasis on teamwork, and attention to detail that Kris developed as a college football player at Valdosta State has been integral to his success in the construction industry. Kris firmly believes that preparation is the key to delivering a quality project. By focusing on every aspect of a project and maintaining open communication with fellow Project Managers and Superintendents, Kris ensures that what starts as a well-planned project is executed properly and turned into a successful reality.
