Jessica Cooper
Vice President of Operations
Jessica serves as the Vice President of Operations at TDK Companies, where she works closely with the COO to plan, direct, coordinate, and oversee all operational systems, processes, and infrastructure across TDK's focus areas, including Construction, Development, and Asset Management.
Jessica also provides leadership in human resource management for TDK, overseeing HR functions, resolving employment and benefits issues, and ensuring compliance with employment laws, insurance, safety regulations, and other legal requirements.
In her role, Jessica is dedicated to creating a positive work environment that aligns operational excellence with human resource development, fostering a productive and cohesive workforce. She plays a key role in ensuring that both operational goals and employee well-being are prioritized and effectively managed.
Jessica’s graduated cum laude from Middle Tennessee State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in early childhood education and teaching. After teaching for three years with Rutherford County Schools, she transitioned into database management and grant writing for two non-profit organizations before joining TDK in 2018. In her free time, Jessica enjoys reading and spending time camping and hiking in the woods with her husband and their three daughters.
