Gavin Gibson

Gavin Gibson is a dedicated and highly motivated Senior Project Manager at TDK Companies, where he oversees the successful delivery of multifamily construction projects. With a background in construction management, Gavin’s role spans from managing scheduling, contracts, and budgets, while also working closely with investors, superintendents, and subcontractors to ensure each project is completed on time and within budget.

Gavin graduated from Middle Tennessee State University with a degree in Construction Management, specializing in Commercial Construction. His career began as an intern at TDK in 2013, where he spent two years gaining invaluable field experience while completing his degree. This hands-on experience gave him a solid foundation in construction practices and project management, allowing him to immediately take on a wide range of responsibilities once he joined the team full-time in 2015. His ability to quickly adapt and manage complex tasks contributed to his promotion to Project Manager in 2017, and Senior Project Manager in 2024.

Having been a 4-year letterman on the MTSU basketball team, Gavin brings the same commitment to teamwork, discipline, and drive to his professional role as he did as a player. His experience on the court taught him the value of preparation, constant self-improvement, and the importance of a strong team dynamic - principles he applies in every aspect of his work. Whether managing the intricacies of a construction project or fostering relationships with local investors, Gavin’s approach is rooted in a team-first mentality and a determination to push beyond expectations.

In his role, Gavin works closely with the development and asset management teams to ensure that each project aligns with the company's long-term goals. Gavin also ensures that safety and regulatory standards are met at all stages of construction, from pre-construction through to post-completion. His goal is not only to meet project deadlines and budgets but also to create lasting value for the company and its stakeholders.

With a relentless work ethic, a deep understanding of multifamily construction, and a collaborative mindset, Gavin continues to drive success in every project he manages.
