Carson Warner

Carson Warner is the Investment Manager at TDK, where he has been a key member of the team since 2019. In his current role, Carson oversees market research, underwriting, and financial modeling for the development and disposition of multifamily investment deals in the TDK pipeline. He is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with brokers, property owners, investors, and lenders, supporting the execution of the company's investment strategy and identifying new opportunities.

Carson collaborates closely with the development and asset management teams, as well as capital partners, to ensure the successful execution and performance of the investment portfolio. He also plays a crucial role in fundraising efforts, presenting investment opportunities to prospective investors and lenders, and managing investor relations.

Before joining TDK, Carson worked at Hutton, a retail development firm based in Chattanooga, where he gained valuable experience in real estate investments. He holds a bachelor’s degree in finance from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga (2016) and has passed the CFA Level II Exam, currently preparing for the Level III Exam. Carson’s expertise in financial analysis, market research, and multifamily investment positions him as a trusted leader in the firm’s growth and strategy execution.
