Brandi Kennedy

Brandi Kennedy is the Vice President of Finance where she manages all financial aspects of the company’s multifamily development and asset management operations. With over 15 years of experience in real estate finance and accounting, Brandi plays a pivotal role in overseeing the accounting procedures for all ownership and investment entities, ensuring financial processes are streamlined and aligned with TDK’s strategic goals.

Brandi is responsible for managing the financials of TDK-owned properties from construction through lease-up and stabilization, including overseeing escrows and ensuring that all financial reports are accurate and timely. She collaborates closely with the Development and Asset Management teams, providing monthly financial analysis for all owners and quarterly ownership financials to financial institutions. This enables key stakeholders to make informed decisions regarding current and future investments, ensuring financial transparency across the company.

In addition to her oversight of ongoing projects, Brandi coordinates with the Development team on new projects, helping to structure financial models, evaluate potential investments, and monitor performance. Her ability to manage complex financial processes and deliver insights into profitability and cash flow has been instrumental in TDK's continued success in the multifamily sector.

Brandi joined TDK in 2010, bringing with her five years of experience in accounting and finance with a residential and commercial development company. Her expertise in real estate finance, asset management, and financial reporting has made her a trusted leader in the company.
