Project Manager


Adam Arbit is a Project Manager at TDK, where he leads the planning, coordination, and execution of multifamily construction projects from inception to completion. With over 8 years of experience in the industry, Adam specializes in managing timelines, budgets, and resources to deliver successful projects. He collaborates closely with superintendents, architects, engineers, contractors, and other key stakeholders to ensure that each project is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.

In his role, Adam oversees all phases of the construction process, from writing job-specific contracts to ensuring that project specifications are met. He is responsible for streamlining operations, resolving issues as they arise, and maintaining clear communication between all parties involved. His expertise in managing both the construction and asset management aspects of multifamily developments enables him to effectively enhance project efficiency and ensure optimal outcomes.

Adam earned his bachelor’s degree in Concrete Industry Management with a minor in Business from MTSU. Prior to his role as a project manager, he gained valuable hands-on experience as a superintendent, where he developed a deep understanding of the construction process and honed his leadership skills in the field.

Outside of work, Adam enjoys spending time on the golf course, grilling, and enjoying quality time with friends and family.
